  • By submitting a gift card, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the card and it was not obtained through fraud or unauthorized means.

2. Our Service

RewardsPro.info is an online platform that allows users to:

  • Submit unused or partially used gift cards

  • Receive a real-time quote based on brand and card value

  • Get paid via supported payout options like PayPal, USDT, Bitcoin, or bank transfer

We do not issue gift cards. We only buy and exchange them from users.

3. Accepted Cards

We accept gift cards from a wide range of global brands. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any card at our sole discretion

  • Decline cards that are expired, fake, used, locked to specific regions, or unverifiable

4. Verification Process

To ensure platform integrity and prevent fraud, we may request:

  • Valid identification (e.g., passport or driver’s license)

  • Proof of card ownership (e.g., purchase receipt or email confirmation)

If verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, the transaction may be cancelled.

5. Payout & Processing Time

  • Payments are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours after successful card verification.

  • Delays may occur due to payment gateway issues, incorrect details, or verification backlogs.

  • Payouts will be made via the method you selected during submission.

6. Service Fee

We charge a flat 15% service fee on the total card value. This fee is deducted from the final payout.
There are no hidden charges.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once a gift card is submitted and verified, the transaction is final.

  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted after payment has been initiated.

  • If the card is invalid or used, no payment will be issued.

8. Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to:

  • Sell stolen, hacked, already-used, or fake cards

  • Use false identities

  • Manipulate our system or bypass verification

…will result in permanent account ban and possible legal action.
We cooperate with law enforcement and payment providers to report fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

RewardsPro.info is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect information entered by users

  • Delays caused by third-party payment providers

  • Rejected gift cards due to invalid balances

Use of the service is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the resale value of any card.

10. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform accessible at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the site at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated version.
